At 14+ years old, Roscos emaciated, neglected body had been dumped at the Humane Society 3 times. The 3rd time, no one was coming for him. This super senior was riddled with tumors sitting in a concrete cell. After a week, they decided he would be euthanized. One last “He has 24hrs…“ email was sent out, and we drove down there and picked him up.
He is the most DARLING old man!! Allison, a great friend of the rescue, is his forever foster. Handover Rover still covers the cost of all his vet care, and boy, does that stack up!
